The proposed building work consists of:

Bidders are herein advised that the Contract for this Project is funded by Federal Stimulus Funds and will be subject to the provisions of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act ("ARRA") of 2009 which requires compliance with Federal Davis-Bacon Act, 40 USC 3141 et. Seq. and other Federal statutes and regulations.

The work includes complete installation, implementation, and configuration of voice and data network components including data cabling systems, wireless network access points, equipment racks, data network switches, 120V power provisions to data closet locations, HVAC ductless split systems in data closets, access control system, and etc. The above general description of work or portions thereof is to be performed in new and existing school facilities.
